We are of course available
for on site consultation, throughout Britain
and Europe, when we provide farm management
and grant aid advice, for an agreed fee.
We prefer to walk the land
with everyone who might be involved in order
to accurately evaluate the client's
requirements. We are then able to
match the skills and interests of the client
with the attributes of the land to
formulate a management plan designed
to maximise the client's enjoyment of the
land.
During the half-day
consultation we discuss every aspect of
farming, land management, conservation,
planning, building, machinery and, if
relevant, the marketing of home-grown
produce.
An explanation of the
livestock movement regulations is always
welcomed.
Our unique experience
provides us with the skills required to
design conservational schemes, which
harmonise with the type of farming preferred
by our client.
Advice about VAT, taxation,
cash flow and the wise utilisation of
capital has become an important aspect
of any
consultation.
Having gathered the
information required, we return to the
office to put together any reports,
management or business plans required.
