  • 20 acres of riverside meadow
        Julie and her husband purchased a beautiful riverside
        mansion within 20 acres of wild flower filled pasture.
            NewLandOwner advised on how to manage the land and
        to acquire livestock.

  • 36 acre farm milking goats
        This ex-RAF couple had a dream to become smallholders.
        They found a superb small farm in Wales where she is
        building a herd of milking goats, whilst he continues to fly
        civil airliners.
    		• It's ours at last
     
  • Planning application in Cornwall
        An established smallholding, producing pork, poultry meat,
        eggs and lamb, required a business plan to support an
        application to live on-site. NewLandOwner's plan led to a
        successful result.
    		• Pigs in muck
     
  • A dream came true in Lincolnshire
        Peter's widow, daughter and son-in-law wished to
        complete his dream to farm. They came on a
        NewLandOwner course, found a piece of land, started a
        smallholding and named it Peter's Eden.
